TRIPLE INSULATION WIRE
Korean company Young Chang Silicone, represented by Itaca Spa on exclusive basis, is a world leader in the production of triple insulation wire STW®.
This product allows manufacturing of transformers without using interlayers or other insulation materials between primary and secondary windings.
As a result, efficiency is enhanced while dimensions and costs are reduce.
Windings performed with our STW® are easily disassembled and recycled in a world where environmental concerns become more and more pressing.
Itaca Spa has established a stocked warehouse in its premises and is able to deliver material just in time for sizes ranging from 0,2mm. to 1 mm. Several types and thermal classes are available (class B: 130°C, class F: 150°C e litz wire).
